Conco Project in Seattle

 

 Conco is proud to be a part of a luxury, forty-story apartment building in downtown Seattle, adjacent to the historic Paramount Theatre.  The Pines is the tallest residential tower to be built in the downtown area in the last several years.  It is expected to open for early occupancy in November 2014 and should be completely finished by April of 2015.  The building is being constructed by the Holland Partner Group, and as part of the team, Conco will perform the concrete services.  The job involves doing all of the  rebar, cast-in-place concrete, formwork,  shotcrete and concrete pumping for this signature property.

Elkhorn Court Apartment Homes

Conco had the opportunity to provide concrete services for a development of multi-family homes designed to offer novel solutions to meet demand for housing in the Bay Area.  The Essex-Elkhorn Court Apartment Homes in San Mateo, California, a mixed-use project, is one of the many developments of its kind being built throughout the country.  The well-planned neighborhood offers many amenities to its residents and the surrounding community.

We have had the privilege to be a part of many high-profile projects throughout our long history.  Recently we had the opportunity to provide concrete services for the renowned Sandler Neurosciences Lab and Research Center, on the UCSF’s Mission Bay Campus.  The building is now home to the world’s leading clinical and research programs seeking cures for neurological disorders.  The total cost for the 237,000-square-foot, state-of-the art facility was $200 million and completed just last year.

Bellevue, WA has consistently been rated as one of the top places in the country to live, work, and to raise a family.  The vibrant community offers a first-class school district, great restaurants and entertainment venues, and as well as a wide-range of outdoor activities.

The Washington Square condominium project in the heart of downtown Bellevue was the first stage of a large development complex. Amenities include a fitness center, concierge services, massage rooms, and spa.  Built as a model of urban living, the development boasts tree-lined walkways, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and a convenient dog park.

Conco provided the concrete services for this as well as many other impressive projects over the years.  We partner with clients from the pre-construction stage right through to final completion to maximize efficiency and ensure goals and budgets are met.
