Great Career Opportunity for Concrete Boom Pump Operators

The Conco Companies are one of the country’s foremost commercial concrete contractors and is proud to be involved in some of the area’s most distinguished projects.  Part of our success comes from owning and operating one of the largest concrete pumping companies in the U.S. for over 40 years.

This means our concrete boom pump operators are involved in some of the most challenging construction projects in the country and have the chance to work with some of the most state-of-the-art concrete boom pumps and equipment.  As we continue to grow our operations, we are also expanding our workforce, and among our recent job postings, we have openings for concrete boom pump operators in all of our locations including Reno, NV.

This is a great career opportunity for the right individuals as we prefer candidates who have prior experience but are willing to train the right person.  Our requirements include having a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in addition to a clean driving record.

Furthermore, as a Conco employee, you will not only be a part of a well-respected and established company, but will have the opportunity to receive an excellent union scale wage.  Conco employees also are provided with family health insurance, paid overtime, company paid funding into a generous Operating Engineers pension, and other above market benefits.

At The Conco Companies, we are committed to providing employees with a safe work place.  We also pride ourselves on creating a drug-free work environment that fosters personal growth and overall satisfaction.  See our website for further information on how to apply.

Conco’s mission is to be the best supplier of concrete services in the Western United States and to bring experience, expertise and quality to each project.  We continue to upgrade and expand facilities to better serve the growing market for public works projects, commercial, educational, parking structures, and other construction development.
