Career Opportunities for Concrete Boom Operators

Conco Pumping is accepting applications for Concrete Boom Pump Operators at all locations including the Reno, NV area.  While we prefer applicants to be experienced, Conco is willing to train the right, motivated individuals.  We do require that all applicants possess a commercial driver’s license and have a clean driving record. 

Conco’s Concrete Boom Pump Operators are highly trained and ACPA certified, and as such, receive an excellent union scale wage.  In addition our operators receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes family health insurance, life Insurance, disability insurance, vision insurance, paid overtime, paid holidays, and other above market benefits.  We also provide company paid funding into a generous Operating Engineers pension, and a profit sharing plan.

The duties of a Concrete Boom Pump Operator include controlling the operation of the pump and the output of concrete by directing the boom.  An operator is responsible for getting the pump to the jobsite, safely setting the pump up once there, and making sure the pump is clean and ready for the next job.
